The Dragon

  • 1 banana
  • handful of chopped and frozen papaya
  • 2 dates (seed removed)
  • touch of rice milk, a bit of water and ice cubes
  • handful of kale
  • handful of spinach
  • handful of blueberries
  • Add water as needed to thin and ENJOY!

Seven Major Warning Signs of Cancer
  1. Any persistent change in bowel or bladder function.
  2. Unusual bleeding or discharge.
  3. Persistent indigestion or difficulty swallowing.
  4. A nagging, hacking cough or hoarseness that lasts more than 2 weeks.
  5. Any sore that does not heal.
  6. A thickening or lump in the breast or elsewhere.
  7. Recent change in the size or color of a wart or mole.

National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship

This national organization advocates for all individuals touched by cancer.  They work with policymakers and legislators to improve the quality of cancer care nationwide.

Strong Cancer Recovery 

An organization in Phoenix, Arizona made up of oncologists and exercise providers who advocate for structured exercise as an essential component of oncology therapy.  Their website has all of the most recent research on exercise and cancer.
