All proceeds from the auction support Dragon Boat Charleston’s mission programs! This page is updated as teams submit items for the auction, so check back often! The auction runs from March 1- April 15. Note some items are time sensitive and require a different closing date.
How it works: Charleston Dragon Boat Festival teams donate the items. Dragon Boat Charleston hosts the auction and collects payment from the winning bidder. After payment is received, the team captain is notified and makes arrangements to get the item to the winner.
Bidding: Bids should be in $10 whole number increments. Note: It is possible that your maximum bid is below another current bidder's maximum. In that case, your bid will not be posted and the other bid will be updated to reflect $10 over your maximum bid. For example: Bidder A has a bid range of $100-$300 and Bidder B bids $200-$250. Bidder A's bid will be posted as $260.
Bidding Update:
- The initials of the highest bidder will be posted. If it's not your initials, outbid them!
- If two sets of initials are posted, two people have made the same maximum bid. Outbid them!
